The main goal of the Calm’n’Chaos project (Christian Cutuli’s stage name) is telling his worldview using an original mixture of rock, wave, electronic, urban, cinematic and global sounds. The visionary lyrics and the unique sound of his voice do the rest. The first official album “Unextraterrestrial” (published by Goodfellas Records and internationally distributed by Cargo Records Germany) was produced by Chris himself and mixed along with the legendary and Grammy nominated music producer/mixer Tim Palmer (David Bowie, U2, Tears for Fears, The Cure, Pearl Jam, Robert Plant and many others) at 62’ Studios in Austin.
He’s been working for many years composing and producing with great success music for cinema and for the media. His collaborators include: the previously mentioned producer Tim Palmer, the futurepop duo XP8, the international neofolk singer Simone Salvatori from Spiritual Front, the ethnic drummer virtuoso Bernhard Schimpelsberger (Talvin Singh, Nitin Sawhney, Niladri Kumar, Susheela Raman), the indian sarod player Maestro Ameen Ali Khanthe well-known jazz player Luca Bulgarelli (Stefano Bollani, Toots Thielemans), the italian cello player and strings manager Giuseppe Tortora (Laura Pausini, Norah Jones), the great vocal artist Fabrizia Barresi (Donald Brown, Hector Zazou) and many others. During these years he also performed as electronic live musician and singer around Europe, sharing the stage with well-known alternative european bands like Spiritual Front, Clan of Xymox and Rome. Moreover, he received compliments and encouragements from international artists like  (author and singer of the global  hit single “Strange World”), the acclaimed swedish pop producer, philosopher and writer Alexander Bard (Vacuum, Army of Lovers, Alcazar, Gravitonas), the UK producer Ian Little (Duran Duran, Roxy Music), the brazilian soul/jazz icon Ed Motta, the former BBC Radio London presenter DJ Ritu, the Bollywood actor Aseem Ali Khan and many others from all over the world. After the previously singles “Insane” and “My only fault”, the artist has just released his first official LP, receiving instantly a very positive response from the media and from audience.
